I've known Yanjie since 2009. Yanjie helped us buy our first home. In the following 14 years, Yanjie helped us purchase 3 investment properties and sold one house. Living in the Bay Area, and having investment properties is very rewarding. Yanjie is more than a real estate agent to me. She is an investment consoler and a property manager. Yanjie would search up and down the peninsula for properties that meet my criteria, and find good and neat tenants who stay over 5 years. She helped me find a contractor and dealt with the insurance agent when the water heater broke and flooded the house. Yanjie is honest, smart, and very knowledgeable.

I have been working with Yanjie for many years and am very happy being able to work with her on my real estate needs. Starting from almost a decade ago, Yanjie has helped me to purchase properties and manage them accordingly. Real estate transactions, of course, have their own usual courses of details and associated regulations. And along the time, circumstances and regulations would have naturally evolved. Yanjie has been excellent in providing effective details for both buyers and sellers to help them achieving their goals. She is very responsive and flexible to work with. She keeps excellent detail records and understands needs of clients to negotiated effectively to complete the transactions promptly that I am quite happy with. Property management requires ongoing attention of details and access with well-connected resources for the usual maintenance needs as well as finding, retaining, and working with the tenants for best of mutual benefits. It certainly also needs to closely follow federal and local regulations.
